Safety tips

Stay safe: never pay in advance, and never share OTPs, UPI PINs or card details. Meet in a public place and check the item before you pay. FindNow staff will never ask you for money in chat.

Buying

• See the item and test it before you pay. Do not pay “booking”, “token”, courier or registration charges in advance.
• Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card number or banking password with anyone, even someone who says they are from FindNow.
• Be careful with prices that look too good to be true and with sellers who refuse to meet or show the item.
• Meet in a busy public place, in daylight, and bring a friend for expensive items.
• Keep the conversation inside FindNow messages so there is a record if something goes wrong.

Selling

• Accept payment only after the buyer has the item, and check that the money has really reached your account. A screenshot is not proof.
• Do not click links a buyer sends you, and never scan a QR code or approve a UPI “collect” request to receive money: receiving never needs a PIN.
• You can stay anonymous and share only the contact details you choose in Contact privacy.
• Mark your ad as sold when it is gone, and renew it before it expires to keep it visible.
